Out of the Vault: Family Meal

Exhibition Overview

“Family Meal” is a tradition in the restaurant industry where the staff sits together and eats ahead of the start of business. The meal is not usually made by the Head Chef, so it often includes new dishes and experimental recipes. It is a moment of togetherness before the start of a busy work day and a chance for any kitchen member to share new recipes and menu ideas.

With this spirit, we present these artworks, selected not by our Curator, but by Museum of Glass staff, volunteers, and trustees. We hope that these personal perspectives bring our MOG community together, shed new light on our world-class Permanent Collection, and spark new moments of connection with you, our visitors.
