Enjoy Lunch...Argentinean Style!
Choripan by Asado is the new café at the Museum of Glass. Operated by X Group Restaurants and Catering, owners of popular Tacoma restaurants Asado, Masa and Engine House No. 9, it is sure to bring a little extra spice to your next visit. X Group is also the exclusive caterer for all special and private events hosted at the Museum.
Choripan by Asado’s menu is sure to make your mouth water. Select a protein—chorizo sausage or bistro steak, farm-raised chicken, braised pork or tofu—and then choose your style—as a sandwich with chimichurri aioli, in a bowl with braised quinoa or as a mixed green salad. The menu also features "The Standards" along with pastries and desserts. Beverage selections include coffee, tea, fresh fruit juices, sodas, beer and wine.
