Each year, the Society of American Mosaic Artists (SAMA) presents Mosaic Arts International, a juried art show, in conjunction with the SAMA Annual Conference. This exhibition showcases examples of mosaic art from around the world within a single venue, illustrating diverse ways artists are utilizing this ancient art form in contemporary application.  The 2013 conference will be held in Tacoma April 10 – 14, 2013.
