Jocelyne Prince returns to MOG to experiment on two new projects—a performance based on El Greco painting that she will document photographically, and a new series that involves picking up castings that have been manipulated with compressed air onto a glass bubble. “In the spirit of Descartes, I take on the blurry battle that a transparent medium suggests: a battle between the visible and the invisible, between time and space, between embodied and disembodied information, between the abstract and the concrete and between conceptual and intuitive.”
