Scout Days
Back by popular demand...

Every year our Scout Days are extremely popular events. Scouts might make artwork, build and play their own musical instruments, and conduct science experiments dealing with optical illusions and physics. They will also tour the Museum’s galleries, learning about the artwork and what goes on behind the scenes in a museum. Scouts conclude this exciting day with a visit to the Hot Shop, where they make the decisions about what the glassblowers create—we call it Spontaneous Design.
