OK, so the octopus bottle shrank 35% in the annealer, it’s still awesome. Today we mastered the “slash” series, where I engrave slashes through the outer layer of the graal, then blow them into BIG tapered cylinders. Can’t wait to see them out of the annealer.

Greg is joining us this week up from Cozumel, Mexico. He makes multi-layer glass “blanks” and engraves finely detailed images on them and then blows out vessel shapes. His intricate sea-inspired designs are amazing.
