					<description>Interesting that Vicky Halper chose the word "brutal" in contrast to "beautiful" instead of, say, "ugly."   "Brutal" refers to something that is akin to a beast.  The refinement of the Carder head does seem in direct contrast to a beast--placid and calm.</description>
