Friday Hot Lunch Artist Jason Christian

By admin, September 6, 2006 | Links, Announcements

This Friday our guest artist in the Hot Shop is Jason Christian from Whidbey Island, who states:

“As an artist I feel that life itself is an art form with different paths. You never know exactly which direction you’re going to travel so I always do my best to express dedication to my work. The beauty I find behind the work is in the motion and the movement. Consistent flow that never ends until I am entirely “Finished.” A lot of inspiration comes from everyday life. Whether it is in the shadows cast by a tree or the geometry of simple architecture, there’s always inspiration in everything.”

Jason often works with functional glassware such as stemware and decanters.

We hope to see you stop by!
