For this outdoor work, commissioned by the New York Public Art Fund, Scott programmed the electronic billboard in Times Square with about twenty phrases and images. She intended to make viewers aware of the effects of injustice.

About the Author

Justin works mainly on new media projects at the Museum: website, blogs, podcasts, digital photography, kiosks, etc. A former teacher, he's now part of the Education team.
